Execution
- 1Brace the core and squeeze the glutes
- 2Press the bar up along its natural arc
- 3Avoid arching the lower back as the bar rises
- 4Lower under control back to the shoulder

- Ribs down, glutes tight
- Let the bar travel its natural arc
- No leaning back
- Exhale hard on the press
