Stand facing the landmine, staggered or square stance, loaded end held at the shoulder.
Execution
- 1Brace the core hard
- 2Press the bar up and along its natural arc
- 3Resist rotating the torso toward the working side
- 4Lower under control back to the shoulder
Key cues
- Brace like you're about to get punched
- Let the bar arc naturally, don't force it straight up
- Keep the hips square
- Control the negative

- Excessive torso rotation toward the working arm
- Leaning back to assist the press
- Uneven stance width
- Losing core brace mid-set
