Execution
- 1Throw jab, cross, lead hook in sequence with full rotation on each
- 2Finish with a fourth punch — rear hook or rear cross depending on variation
- 3Maintain guard hand discipline throughout all four punches
- 4Stay balanced, resetting weight distribution between punches
- 5Move or reset stance after the full combo
Key cues
- Each punch is still individually technical, not rushed
- Guard never fully drops even on punch 4
- Breathe with each strike, don't hold breath through the combo
- Stay light on the feet, ready to pivot out after
- Power should be consistent punch 1 through 4, not fading
Common faults
- Power and form degrading by the third or fourth punch
- Guard dropping progressively through the combo
- Losing balance on the final punch
- Rushing the whole sequence at the expense of technique
- Standing still and eating imaginary counters after finishing
Tweaks
- Swap punch 4 for an uppercut variation
- Add a defensive move immediately after punch 4
- Increase combo length progressively across a round (ladder style)

Notes
Precision Striking's heavy bag rounds often build combos this way: adding one punch per minute across a round until reaching full 4-6 punch sequences.
