Execution
- 1Turn the heavier rope primarily with the wrists, expecting more resistance through the rotation
- 2Maintain the same low, small-hop jump pattern as standard rope work
- 3Focus on smooth, continuous rotation rather than jerky wrist snaps
- 4Keep shoulders relaxed despite the added rotational resistance

- Let the weight of the rope do the work, don't fight it

Common faults
- Overgripping the handles, accelerating forearm fatigue
- Trying to maintain standard-rope speed/cadence with a much heavier rope
- Shoulder tension from fighting the rope's added momentum
- Skipping proper progression from a standard-weight rope

- Combine with standard rope work in the same session — weighted first, standard as a 'speed' finisher
